Angelina Paris

Angelina Paris

A luxurious tea house and pastry shop located on Rue de Rivoli, near the Louvre Museum. The establishment was founded in 1903 by Austrian pastry chef Antoine Rumpelmayer and named after his daughter-in-law. The interior design was done by architect Édouard-Jean Niermans in a lavish 'Belle Époque' style with large mirrors and gold leaf. The most famous dish here is the hot chocolate 'L'Africain,' which is exceptionally thick and rich, and the Mont Blanc pastry made of chestnut cream. It is a perfect place for a sweet and luxurious break during a day of sightseeing. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, very suitable for those who want to feel like Parisian nobility of the past.
